Members of the Milford Police Department responded to a Rogers Avenue home at approximately 2:15 a.m. on Sunday, Dec. 23, when there was a report of a residential break-in.

Police said that the investigation into the incident found that Milford resident Ryan Sileo, 28, allegedly threw a brick through a glass door to gain entry to the home. When asked about the incident, Sileo told officers that “he had nowhere to sleep that night.”

Sileo was arrested and charged with burglary and two counts of criminal mischief. He was released on $500 bond and is scheduled to appear in court on Jan. 15 to respond to the charges.
